to receive the group rate for Kalahari Resorts & Conventions. You are encouraged to make hotel reservations on-line. A credit card Letter of Authorization from must be completed at time of booking if the card will not be present at time of check in.
Go to the website link above select “Make Reservation”. Select “Check-in/Checkout dates” (must select dates during the event (04/28/2026 – 05/01/2026).

**Arrival date cannot be before 04/28/2026 and departure date cannot be past 05/01/2026.
The Deadline for making room reservations is Monday, March 23rd, 2026. After March 23rd reservations are on a “first-come-first-served” basis. You will need a tax-exempt form to present to the hotel agent at the time of check-in. NOTE: Kalahari is a CASHLESS resort.
